A lack of response implies no judgement on your music. The label gets a large volume of submissions and it is nothing personal.
Orders generally take 3-5 business days to ship out (with exception of pre-orders). Transit time is dependant on location, which is estimated in the checkout.
We have great retail distribution partners worldwide. If you ask your local store, they should be able to order in for you.
Generally speaking, no. While records and CDs are not single-use plastic, they still require a lot of energy. We’re mindful to reduce our carbon footprint and the impact of this from the whole record industry.
