We always aim to ship your items quickly and offer no-fuss returns.

Please respect that this is a labour of love, operating outside of a full-time day job. Things like family, work, bike rides and dogs need our attention too.

Free shipping on AUS orders $100+

Spend more than $100 and we’ll ship your order free. (AUS customers only – sorry!)

Fixed price shipping (AUS only)

Standard shipping is fixed at no more than $9.90 ANYWHERE within Australia.

Sending records from Australia to other parts of the world is expensive. We’ve sought out competitive rates and warehouse partners so you save.

Shipping Prices

Our shipping prices are very competitive. We have most items in stock in both our warehouses, located in Australia and the United States. Your order (depending on stock at the time) will ship from the nearest warehouse.

Simply add your items to your cart, based on your internet connection location it will calculate your approximate postage cost. You will have a chance to review all shipping charges before submitting your order.

Shipping Times / Methods

Orders ship out from both our metro Adelaide home office in Australia and warehouse partners in Texas, United States. The shipping times are estimated from the time the package has shipped (usually 1-3 business days of receiving the order) not from the time of purchase.

For Australia, we use a select group of trusted shipping partners to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner. This include couriers and AusPost, dependant on your package, location and their service availability.

If you are an international customer, orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Customs
Most international delays are caused here. Some agents move packages through their customs station as quickly as possible, others not so much. We cannot select “Gift” or “Commercial Sample” on the customs form.

Packaging

We ship all orders in strong packaging. Whatever we can do to preserve your sleeves against the brutes operating the world’s postal services, we will do.

Pre-orders

If you have a pre-order item in the order along with other items, everything will ship once the pre-order item is ready to ship. Approx release dates are on each pre-order item’s page.

Delayed / Lost Items

Parcels very rarely get completely lost. However, it does happen sometimes and so we always recommend insurance on all valuable orders.

Be sure to check with your local post office (and local customs office if applicable) to see if your package has been held up.

We ship to the address we are provided verbatim (exactly how it’s written). If the package is returned to us because the address is undeliverable, we will contact you and attempt to reship the package to a new/updated address but we will require a second shipping payment from you.
