HOBBLEDEHOY – Logo Enamel Pin

Our Hobbledehoy logo pin is no ordinary label badge. Our pins are made using a modern version of cloisonné, a centuries old technique for decorating metalwork objects. Cloisonné pins start with the same basic process as common soft enamel pins, in which a metal sheet is stamped with several tonnes of pressure to create the outline of the design. The recessed areas are then filled with black nickel and powdery glass-like resin, then fired at over 900° C. The process gives the pin a hard, glossy finish a cut above the rest.
