We have our records stocked in Australia, USA and even some in UK warehouses, so you save.

Our decentralised inventory was a conscious choice to making records more accessible to customers and reduce emissions with shorter shipping distances.

Shipping Methods

Australia/NZ customers

For Australia/NZ, we predominantly use AusPost. Shipping from South Australia.

Nth/Sth American customers

Orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) via our US warehouse. Shipping from Texas.

UK/Europe customers

We have only our more recent titles available in our UK warehouse. If your item isn’t available, your order will come from the closest alternative location with all available items. Shipping from Milton Keynes, England.

International customers

Orders will be sent from the warehouse most appropriate depending on cost and stock availability.


Orders are shipped usually 1-3 business days of receiving the order

Certain parts of the world are experiencing pandemic-related restrictions which are having an impact on their ability to fulfil orders in a timely manner. 

Your tracking details will be emailed to you if this is available for your order.

Orders including Pre-order items will only ship once all items are available together.

Local Taxes and Import Duties

These are the buyers responsibility.

But the good news is by dispatching your items from the closest warehouse, these can sometimes not be applicable to your order.

Lost Order

Please be patient.

Most of the time it’s just a case of checking with your local sorting office.

Very few things go permanently missing, but we are not responsible for lost parcels unless you opted for insured shipping, sorry.
