Introducing the first Monastery Coffee x Hobbledehoy collaboration; Deri Kocha – an unusual, sweet, Ethiopian bean ideal for espresso or filter methods (we recommend Aeropress!). After a long cupping process, Erin and I, together with Adam from Monastery, finally nailed this one down and we’re all really excited for you to try it!

Monastery are a local team based alongside us here in Adelaide. A small batch, specialty coffee roaster, that share our philosophy of putting the artist/producer at the center of how we do things. This very same ethos ensures Monastery’s quality, while also respecting the people involved at every stage from planting to production.
