Short Snarl is the solo project of Tarntanya-based artist, writer, teaching artist and composer Thea Martin. Accompanied by Sam Wilson (Wake in Fright) and V Marousopolous (Keeskea), the trio weave together delicate, intertwined and slowly unfurling, alt-folk.

 Thea creates sounds as a violinist across genres of noise-rock, post-rock, folk, experimental, ambient and post-classical in various projects. 

Their debut EP, Gossamer Songs is their first time stepping into the role of songwriter, vocalist and guitarist. The 4 tracks on Gossamer Songs are a meandering amble through lofi resonances; lyrically and sonically embracing the power of intimacy through fragility.
