Any customer wishing to return an item must first contact Hobbledehoy and await confirmation
Hobbledehoy is a tiny operation, returns / exchanges will take time with adjusting inventory, reshipping etc so please be patient.

Hobbledehoy is not responsible for postal carrier negligence with your order, including loss or damage.

Returns

Hobbledehoy accepts returns on: Defective CD’s, LP’s & apparel

For returns:
Contact Us and please include the following:
– Your full name and order number
– Your return address
– A note telling us why you are returning the item

Your account will be credited for the price of the item when it arrives in acceptable condition, to an address we will specify via email contact.
Do not send item prior to email confirmation from Hobbledehoy.

Exchanges

You may exchange new unused unwashed apparel:
Only for same item in that or another size.

We cover shipping cost only if the wrong item is shipped or if an item is damaged or defective. In any other case, such as ordering the wrong size, you must include cash or money order covering the shipping cost.

For exchanges:
Contact Us and please include the following:
– Your full name and order number
– Your return address
– A note telling us what you would like in exchange.

Your exchange will take place once the original item arrives in acceptable condition, to an address we will specify via email contact.
