Shipping And Handling

Orders are generally shipped out twice per week.

- Australian Orders use AusPost Parcel Post, generally up to 7 days delivery.
- Foreign Orders use AusPost Air Mail, approx 2 to 3 weeks delivery.

Hobbledehoy is not responsible for product loss or damage due to AusPost negligence.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are provided in 320kbps DRM-free MP3 format. After checkout, you will be emailed a purchase receipt containing a link, where you can download all albums and/or songs you have purchased. Downloads are available for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Credit Card Security

Our store uses PayPal to process online payments. PayPal is secured by VeriSign SSL encryption. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number and expiration date, name, address, etc and ensures that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Hobbledehoy do not have access to details of your Credit Card.

Cash / Money Order Option

Hobbledehoy offer well-concealed cash or Australian Money Order as alternative options for your payment. Please e-mail or Contact Us using this online form. Include the items you would like to order, along with your shipping address and we will respond with a total + further instructions.
