SHIPPING:
Orders are usually shipped on the next business day after receiving payment.
Depending where the order is being shipped to will determine your available shipping options. All orders have at least one possible option in which to insure their items.

PRE-ORDERS:
You may order other items along with your pre-order, however the entire order will ship together on the pre-order ship date. If you'd like other items to ship earlier, you need to place a separate order for just those items.

RETURNS:
For all returns and exchanges, please contact us first at by emailing mailorder@hobbledehoyrecords.com. When contacting us please quote your invoice/order number and the problem. We can only accept items that are defective or if we have made a mistake with your order. Physical damage that might occur during shipping by the postal service only covered when insurance is selected in checkout.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Cookies are used in the Hobbledehoy E-Store, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Payments are made through a PAYPAL encrypted and secure SSL connection.
Hobbledehoy will never share your personal or financial information to any unauthorised third-parties.
